User agrees that user shall not hold LoadImages.net and/or any affiliates liable of any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs that arise from any judgments directly or indirectly created by the services of LoadImages.net and/or affiliates to the customer.
LoadImages.net shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages the users business may suffer for any reason, even if LoadImages.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a problem occurs even if that is within LoadImages.net's control, as the internet is unpredictable, user is aware that network availability is not guaranteed. LoadImages.net and/or affiliates shall not be liable for any legal claims from you, the user.
In our effort to comply with server hosting requirements, we implemented a new scheme for storing images containing nudity. From now on, images that contain nudity need to be marked clearly by selecting "Not safe for anyone" field. Images that contain nudity but have not been marked so, will be deleted.
LoadImages.net may not be used for any of the following:- For any illegal purpose including but not limited to the uploading or viewing of illegal material (including copyright violation).
- To upload child pornography. Uploader's as well as all the viewer's IP addresses will be reported to the proper authorities.
- To upload any abusive, unlawful, threatening, or harmful material.
LoadImages.net reserves the right to remove any digital content that compromises security of our dedicated servers or use excessive bandwidth.
We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any given time, therefore it is your responsibility to regularly check for any updates.
